Dates: June 8-11, 2026

Registration opens March 2 and closes April 19. Deadline for refund of 95% of your deposit is April 19. Register Here

Cost

Please note the following changes from previous events at Milligan:

  • There is no longer a family housing option available.
  • Spectators now have the option of staying off-campus on your own for a reduced cost.
  • While we anticipate being able to house everyone on campus who desires to be housed on campus, should the dorm space fill up, please be advised that rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Please be aware that this means part of your group could get housing, and part could not as we will use the time-stamp of each person registered. “Registered” means you have completed the online registration process including paying the initial deposit.
  • Any price increases are reflective of host cost increases; Bible Bowl fees have not changed.

REFUNDS:

  • All refund requests must be made by April 19 and will be refunded minus the 5% fees we are charged and do not get back. After April 19, your depsosit is forfeited; it can be applied to a new registration, but cannot be applied to your final bill.

Event Start

  • The event starts with check-in 6:00p- 8:00p in Sutton (cafeteria) lobby.
  • All groups MUST check-in in person from 6:00p-8:00p (even those staying off-campus). Your group will not be included in the schedule if you do not check-in in person during this time.
  • There is no on-site registration of new people. Everyone must be registered before you arrive. If you think you’re coming and aren’t registered, you must email us at office@biblebowl.org immediately to confirm space availability. This includes swapping one registered person for another if they are of a different sex.

Background Checks

All groups must certify and sign a statement that background checks have been conducted on all adults (non-players) staying overnight on campus. Your group will not be able to check-in until all adults have provided this. Thank you for your cooperation.

Campus Restrictions

The college has stipulated that the following are not allowed on campus in any form: the possession or use of tobacco products, vaping products, alcohol, illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms, or other weapons of any kind.

Tournament Format

Two preliminary Quick-Draw pods, shuffled into a Gold and Silver pod, the results of which are used to seed the main Double-Elimination tournament.

The final format is determined by the number of teams who register and arrive at check-in.

Senior Banquet

The senior banquet is a time to recognize our seniors. At Milligan, there is an additional charge for this which will be communicated as soon as it is final. All those attending the banquet must also be registered attendees of the event and have food included in their registration. Note: in recent years, the response to the Senior Banquet has not been very robust; should the response not meet the minimum requirements for the banquet, it will be cancelled.
